Wear your politics on your wrist

So I read this story today, and I think it's a neat idea. Several people have made blue bracelets like the yellow LIVESTRONG ones to show silent protest of Bush's re-election. All the proceeds go to charities like UNICEF and Habitat for Humanity, so it's also a productive way to protest.

The three bracelets each have a different message: "Count Me Blue," "Hope," and "I Didn't Vote 4 Bush." Personally, I prefer the first two as they have a more productive message. I think we have to move past the "this is my fault" stage and start to think of what we can do to make sure the neocons don't send the country down the tube.
